At Ahịa, we’re committed to making sure your orders arrive safely and on time. Because we’re a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor is responsible for shipping the products they sell. That means shipping times, methods, and rates may vary depending on the vendor and your chosen shipping option.

Shipping Coverage

Ahịa vendors currently ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our presence in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Methods and Rates

Each vendor chooses how to ship their products:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate or fixed-cost shipping options offered directly by the vendor.
  • Carrier-Calculated Rates: Real-time shipping costs from major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on product weight, dimensions, and your shipping address.

You’ll see the available options and exact rates at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Because each vendor manages their own shipping, delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The vendor’s location and fulfillment process
  • The shipping method you select at checkout
  • The carrier’s delivery schedule

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, though some specialty items may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a link via email once your order has shipped. Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers even if they are from the same vendor.
