Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange an order, we’re here to help!
Below are Ahịa’s general marketplace return, exchange, and refund policies. Each vendor on Ahịa may also have their own return or refund policy (with additional restrictions) for the products and services they offer. Before purchasing, please review the vendor’s individual page for more details.
Central Ahịa Return Policy
- Perishable items (e.g., pastries, baked goods, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days from the date you received them.
- The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original product packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, expired, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have (if it’s eligible for return). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Return Request
To start a return, please contact our support team within 14 days from the date you received the item(s) by:

Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review it and coordinate with the vendor.
- If your request is approved, we’ll send you email instructions for the return process.
- Please do not ship items back to the vendor without pre-approval from the Ahịa Support Team.
- Once the vendor receives the returned item(s) in good condition, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.
